  1. the segment regarding which team was best the 2013 or the present day was absolute garbage. There is only Doyle and Thompson’s positions of Phil’s team which possibly would be up for grabs. It has to be remembered that the 2013 team actually achieved promotion.

    • I don’t feel that’s the point. Will the 2013 side be remembered more fondly – even if we get promotion and win a title this year that’s probably the case. There was something about that side.

      But man for man are there players in this side who are better than the players of that side. I think so.

      For me the only indisputable players in either side are Meredith, Davies, Wells. All championship players masquerading as League 2 footballers.
