Great stuff! Interesting discussion about Stuart vs, erm (oh, the other guy, whassisname?), and the more attacking mentality away from home.
Totally agree with echoes of Stuart’s first time in charge, but also significant that Rahic has been very clear in his public comments that he adheres to the same philosophy. Better to win a game 5-4 with young attacking players, than to try to win 1-0 or to see out a game away from home, so there is a neat synergy between Stuart’s managerial instincts and the expectations at boardroom level.
Such consistency at all levels of the club – revealed again in T&A this week with talk of everybody around the table planning for January – is a real strength for me and shows there is a shared philosophy between Stuart and Edin that could take us very far with the right personnel on the park!
